  • Sharing, Transfer, and Disclosure of User Data

    • User Authentication via Google OAuth: When users access our application through Google OAuth, we collect their profile information for authentication purposes. Basic user data, such as their name and email address, is recorded in our system and in HubSpot for user management and communication purposes. We do not share, transfer, or disclose this information to any additional third parties.
    • Synchronization with Google Merchant Center: For integration with Google Merchant Center (GMC), we access the user's GMC account to enable product synchronization between their Google account and our application. The information obtained during this process is stored exclusively in our internal database and is not shared or transferred to third parties. This data is solely used to manage product synchronization and inventory within GMC.
  • We do not transfer, share, or disclose the Google data obtained for these purposes to any other entity, except when strictly required by law.

Mixpanel

For detailed analytics data collection and user behavior tracking to improve our services, optimize user experience, and make data-driven decisions.

Meta

Our platform allows users to connect their Facebook accounts to automatically synchronize their product catalogs with Meta Commerce Manager. To achieve this, we use Facebook login and request specific permissions that enable us to manage the product catalog information on behalf of the user.

  • Data We Collect from Meta

      When a user connects their Facebook account with Wandace, we obtain the following data through the Meta API:

    • Meta User ID (user ID), required for connection management.
    • Business Information, including the business ID and associated product catalogs.
    • Product Catalog Data, including product IDs, names, descriptions, prices, image URLs, and availability status.
  • Use of Data

    • The data collected is used exclusively to synchronize and automatically update product catalogs on Meta Commerce Manager. Wandace does not share, sell, or use this information for any purpose other than inventory and sales management for users.
  • Requested Permissions

      To ensure the proper functioning of the integration, we request the following access permissions from Meta:

    • business_management: Facilitates the identification of the business and its associated assets.
    • ads_read: Provides access to relevant information for optimizing the catalog in advertising campaigns.
    • Users can manage and revoke the permissions granted to Wandace at any time through their Facebook account settings.
  • Revoking Access and Data Deletion

    • Users can manage and revoke the permissions granted to Wandace at any time through their Facebook account settings.
  • Additionally, if a user removes their connection to Meta from the Wandace platform, we will permanently delete all data related to their Facebook account from our systems. This includes their Meta user ID, business information, and synchronized product catalog data.
